He is survived by: his wife Debra; his siblings, Gordon Piluk (Nicki), Peter Piluk (Freda), Richard Piluk (Karen) and Dianne Shipman (Gary); his children, Paul Piluk (Angie) and Jennifer Shannon (Scott); and his stepson Tim Fields (Krystle). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
