He was predeceased by: his wife Helen. He is survived by: his sons, Rod (Bonnie), Rick (Phyllis) and Brad (Joanne); his grandchildren, Jason, Dan, Lisa, Farren, Conner and Leigh; his great grandchildren, Marissa, Ryder, Mckenzie, Daxon, Ethan and Sam; and his brother Glen Horsley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
