She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Porter of Alban's Cathedral; her parents, Nellie Carlson and John Carlson; her parents-in-law, Ellen and Fisher Porter; and her siblings, Margaret, Ernest Hendrickson, Ruth, Dick Meyers, Albert Carlson, Hilma Melnychuk, Maurices, Jack (Lorna Porter), Robert Porter, Fred (Velma Porter), Rae (Ruth Porter) and William (Pauline Porter).
She is survived by: her son Brent Porter (Diane); her grandchildren, Kent Porter (Tarynn Freed) and Kara Tilford (Luke); her sons, Ross Porter and David Porter (Debbie Stapleton); her grandson Joel Porter (Kayla Swaenepoel); her daughter Beth Porter; and also Brenda Poncelet. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
