In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruth is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Joseph Erickson and Pearl; her brothers, Joseph Kenneth and Dr. Donald Erickson; her husband Carl Grasby; and her daughter Marcia Ruth.
She is survived by: her children, Caroline Ternes (Steve) and Derek; and her sister Dorothy Sovdi. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre (14831 28 Ave, Surrey, BC V4P1P3). A reception will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
