He is survived by: his son Luke (Desiree); his wife Doreen; his siblings, Susan (Hin), David (Linda) and Jean (Ian); his stepchildren, Clayton (Bridie) and Rachel (Paul); and his grandchildren, Valeska, Isaac, Paris, William, Alexander, Joseph and Michael.
