She was predeceased by: her son John Dane Rive (John Rutherford Rive); and her husband Peter Topliss. She is survived by: her son Brock Christian Rive; her parents, Erik Sorensen and Sylvia Sorensen; and her siblings, Rick (Lana), Tony (Iris) and Kirsten (Tom).
