He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Enoch Patrick, Leah Patrick, Gordon Berringer, Lillian Berringer and Charles McLeod.

He is survived by: his parents, John Herritt and Shirley Herritt (Patrick); his sister Shanna Herritt; his children, Levi of Nanaimo and Emerald of Port Alberni; and his grandmother Linda McLeod of Edmonton Alberta. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
