He is survived by: his children, Danica and Taze Kozak (Genevieve); his grandchildren, Holden, Hollis, Wren and Audrey; his siblings, Darrell (Renita), Natasha (Brian), Eric and Jason; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Javan, Nicholas, Robinton, Rowan and Romana.
