She was predeceased by: her brother Billy; and her parents, William Klemchuk and Kathleen Klemchuk. She is survived by: her children, Kristie (Jamie) and Scott; and her siblings, Joyce (Jake), Doreen (Russell), Dennis (Patti) and Keith. She is also survived by friends and co-workers.
