It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Frederick Soper in Whitecourt, Alberta, born in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on September 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Lanctot; and his parents, Wilfred Soper and Irene Soper. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his pet Cooper; his children, Kelly Soper (Amber), Shannon Soper, Erin Soper and Norman Lanctot; his grandchildren, Julie, Kevin, Sabrina, Jakob, Samantha, Colton, Taylor, Morgan, Anthony, Wesley, Lincoln, Olivia and Shawn; and his great grandchildren, Haven and Dallas. He is also survived by extended family and life-long friends.

As a gesture of gratitude, memorial contributions in Ray's name may be made directly to the Whitecourt Healthcare Centre.
