He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Cline Owens and Edward Thompson; his stepfather Ken Owens; and his siblings, Douglas Perry Thompson and Tracy Owens Ebbers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darcy (Elizabeth Waite), Leslie (Pierre Goulet), Angel (Greg Kubinec), Lori Owens (Andy Chartrand) and Kim Owens (Burt Lavallee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
