She was predeceased by: her grandson Bradley; her son-in-law Brad; her brother Clayton; and her parents, Fred Smith and Mary Smith.
She is survived by: her former spouse Ernie Ruud; her husband Slim Goossen (Landis); her sister-in-law Connie; and her children, Ed (Gail), Bob (Sherry), Linda (Cliff), Beverly, Jim (Jet) and David (Alina). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and numerous relatives and friends.
Memorial donations in memory of Eileen may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
