He is survived by: his wife Kay; his son Andrew Green (Lucy); his stepdaughter Patricia (Henry); his stepgrandchildren, Shivonne (David), Lakeisha, Maizie, Tremaine, Kaziah Diamanti and Zephyr; and his sons, Andy Jr., Prayer and Serenity God.
