He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Baxandall and Ida Baxandall; his brothers, Arthur Baxandall (Deanna) and Roy Baxandall; and his niece Leanne Pipke.
He is survived by: his wife Marion; his sons, Randall (Gail), Harold (Joanne), Alan (Sharmen) and Darin (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Christine Baxandall. He is also survived by twelve Grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
