He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Mary; his parents-in-law, Chris and Violet; his sister Judith; and his son Derrien.

He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Dean (Brigitte) and Donavin (Denise); his daughter-in-law Karen (Bernie); and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Abbigale, Noah, Nate, Violet and Lewis. He is also survived by many other extended family members and many friends.
