He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Doug Balascak (Cheryl), Sandy Jarvis, Kelly Ward and Shannon Demko; his grandchildren, Shane (Michelle), Brandy, Michael, Megan, Christina, Cory, Amanda and Marissa; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ayla, Janessa and Dayce.
