It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Barber of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, born in Cranbrook, British Columbia, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Barber and Walter Barber; his wife Shirley; his stepmother Lillian Barber; his sisters, Doreen Blake and Joan Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Ken, Murray Summers and Marj Summers.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Shevalier, Walter Barber and Sherri Barber; his grandson Jesse Cooling of Rocky Mtn; his brother Doug Barber (Donalda Hollen) of Edmonton, AB; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Ahlstrom (Wayne) of Rocky Mtn, Merv Summers of Regina, SK, Al Summers (Marie) of Riverhurst, SK, Don Summers (Babs) of Airdrie, AB and Sharon Summers of Creston, BC..
