He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Walters and Pearl Walters; his wife Audrey Walters; his daughter Holly Stevenson; his siblings, Louise Walters, Norman Walters, William Walters, Johnny Walters, Violet Leslie, Ivy Maciborski and Jenny Westlund; and his niece Cindy Jonzon.

He is survived by: his daughter Beige Waldner (Dave); his grandchildren, Aubrey and Colton Waldner; his sister Mary Glasel; and his children, Pauline Erickson (Erick), Delilah Plotts, Brent Plotts (Trudi) and Loren Plotts (Heidi). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jim's name may be made to the Mazankowski Heart Institute in Edmonton, AB.
