He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Blazina and John Blazina; and his sister Sherry. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Reitzel); his children, Maxwell and Lynda Blazina; his grandchildren, Ryshon (Craig Jesske) and Christian Blazina (Kiara); his children, Tryse (Alex Baker), Carl and Carly Blazina; his grandchildren, Olivia, Joel, Kezia, Milly, Jon and Daniel; his children, Shelley and Greg Parkin; his grandchildren, Clanton, Nelson and Audrey; and his siblings, Richard Blazina, Norm (Val Blazina), Mart (Liz Blazina), Daryl (Wendy Blazina) and Shannon Blazina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
