It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Gwendolyn Dickson (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Peace River, Alberta, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Hill and Norma Gertrude Steedsman; her husband Edward Thomas Watt (Ted) of Peace River, Alberta; and her former husband John Dickson. She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Ripley, Louise Watt, Georgina Darago, Linda Webster and Brian Hill; and her children, Dale Watt, Loren Watt, Cheryl Whitten and Arlene Spinks. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of cards and flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted to the Heart & Stroke Foundation; Canadian Cancer Society and the Red Deer Hospice.
