He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Carson and Helen Carson (Kirkwood); his wife Lynne Shultz; his children, Vincent (Tracy), Richard (Shannon) and Heather Chiasson (Ken); and his grandchildren, Katherine Smith, Andrew Smith, Liam Carson, Kayley Carson, Amber Carson, Michael Carson, Blake Carson and Alexander Chiasson.
