He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Rodney and Patricia Chadwick; and also, Vern and Pat Glover. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Glover); his daughters, Julie Caverly (Chris) and Jamie Kuntz (Curtis); his grandchildren, Cole, Dylan, Tegan Caverly, Abby and Josie Kuntz; his sisters, Saxon Lambert (Steve), Pam Schiewe, Gail Hall (Don) and Kerry McCorry; and his parents-in-law, Keith, Sharalee, Dixie and Barney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke foundation.

“It was just yesterday that I heard of Peter's passing, As kids Peter and I would play in that great yard you had on (I believe it was) 56th street. We lived around the corner and my sister Helga would be over playing with Gail and my mom babysat Peter and his sisters. Through all the years and miles those memories are still poignant, and though I only remember him as a great kid and friend, I mourn his loss and send condolences from my parents, my sisters and me, Peter Wendt Napa, California”
