He is survived by: his children, Holly Belbin (Simon Turner), Katie Best (Peter Best) and Wade Belbin (Cheryl Johnson); his grandchildren, William and Clare; and his brothers, Rick, Derek, Tim and Kevin.
While Katie wants flowers (in lieu of flowers), and Patti is partial to a good casserole, they've been browbeaten by the rest of the family - and convention - to request donation to a charity of your choice in tribute to Dale.
