He is survived by: his parent Marjorie Millicent Blake; his wife Mary Blake; his siblings, Duncan Blake, Linda Longmuir (Denis), Gordon Furgeson (Vickie) and Ada Vanderheide (Rick); his children, Chris Blake (Bill) of Grande Prairie, AB, Marj Blake-Callinan (Tom) of Mill Valley, Willie Blake (Arlene) of Calgary, AB and Wes Blake of Rainbow Lake, AB; his grandchildren, Carmen (Blair), Jody, Ryan (Sarah), Jocelyn, Connor and Montana; his great grandchildren, Dartanian, Ethan, Darius, Olivia, Asher and Daxton; and his brother-in-law Doug Leith (Carolyn).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Day Away Program-Home and Community Support Services of Grey-Bruce would be greatly appreciated.
