He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his daughters, Kalyn, Keeley and True; his mother Cecily; his sister Kathy; his brother-in-law Sterling; his parents-in-law, Richard and Heather Puttee; his siblings-in-law, Stephanie, Shawn Moncrieff, Scott and Nicole Puttee; his nieces and nephews, Cole, Ryan Schneider, Ashley, Noah, Lauren, Madison, Reid, Alex, Juno and Isla; his aunt Isabell; and also, Carla, Catie, Grant, Elizabeth, Michael, Sheila, Patty and Alfred.
