He was predeceased by: his wife Olga Sidorak; his great grandchildren, Derrick Sidorak and London Herzog; and his siblings, Leon, Mike, John, Danny, Pearl Istrati, Lillian Romanchuk and Kate Sidorak.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Herzog and Ron Sidorak; his grandchildren, Chad Sidorak (Julie), Tara Atwell, Kristina Schultz (Rob) and Lauren Herzog; his great grandchildren, Nico Sidorak, Mia Schultz and Avery Herzog; and his siblings, Nick Sidorak (Sharon), Dora Chorel, Marion Brown and Dolly Gillis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
