It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosela Renz (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Rosela's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rosela has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Ries and Catherine Ries; and her brother Joe Ries. She is survived by: her husband Peter Getz; and her siblings, Allan Renz (Gerri), Dianna Merger and Mark Renz (Wendy).
When covid hit, Mom spent a lot of time alone which made things even worse for her.
