He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Koch and Edna Koch; and his nephew Christopher. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughters, Candace Aaker (Dellon) and Kristie Andreas (Ryan); his grandsons, Cade and Crue Aaker; and his brother Greg Koch (Sheila). He is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews.
