We bid farewell to Erika Maerz in Medicine Hat, Alberta, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 23, 2024. Erika touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Maerz and Christine Maerz; and her sister Elizabeth Klettke. She is survived by: her husband Howard Maerz; her sons, David (Susan) and Daniel (Nancy); her precious kidlets, Addison (Carmen), Joel (Madison), Lauren (Spencer), Sarah (Jon), Matthew (Elizabeth) and Rachel; her precious great-kidlets, Alatheia, Clara, Nora, Pendle, Otto and Aaron; her brother George Maerz (Ingrid); and her brother-in-law Art Klettke. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Cir NW, Calgary, AB T3G2T3).
