He was predeceased by : his daughter Marla Pilkey; his parents, George "Harry" Fulton and Mary Fulton; his parents-in-law, Harold and Effie Mathison; his siblings, Peggy Klemp (Stan), Elgin Fulton (Doreen), Bob Fulton, Walter Fulton (Joyce), Earl Fulton, Myrtle Schweitzer (Earl), Muriel Pettigrew (Don), Marion Hubbard (George), Garry Fulton, Mona Fulton and Wayne Fulton; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Wilcox and Les Bowman.

He is survived by : his wife Leona Fulton; his children, Barb Nelson (Kevin), Wayne Fulton (Colleen), Wanda Erickson (Martin Code) and Sandra Franklin (Sheldon); his grandchildren, Jessica Nelson, Brian Nelson (Nicole), Travis Nelson and Alisha Erickson (Brandon Davidson); his great grandchildren, Eve, Reid and Sara Henderson; his grandchildren, Marley and Rory Nelson; his son-in-law Jake Pilkey (Chantel); his grandchildren-in-law, Ashlyn and Liam; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Bowman (Edwin Dyjur), Gail Fulton, Joan Fulton, Christine Fulton, Mary Fulton and Margie Fulton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
