He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnold Jack and Ida Jack; his sister Florence; his father-in-law Victor Dercach; and his brothers-in-law, Larry and Howard.
He is survived by : his wife Laurie Dercach; his daughters, Tara (Brad) and Sheena (Wes); his granddaughter Bree; his stepgrandchildren, Macin, Ryden, Pierce and Olivia; and his siblings, Carol, David (Faye), Tim, Earl (Cynthia), Rodney (Janet) and Joy (Kerry).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Fred may be made to Lloydminster Region Health Foundation (#116, 4910 - 50 St., Lloydminster, SK S9V 0Y5).
