He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Jack and Ida Jack; his sister Florence; his father-in-law Victor Dercach; and his brothers-in-law, Larry and Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Dercach; his daughters, Tara (Brad) and Sheena (Wes); his granddaughter Bree; his stepgrandchildren, Macin, Ryden, Pierce and Olivia; and his siblings, Carol, David (Faye), Tim, Earl (Cynthia), Rodney (Janet) and Joy (Kerry).
