She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cook and Veronique Vivier; her children, Gary Cook, Jeanette Cook, Sandra Cook and Noreen Cook; her siblings, John Cook, Gilbert Cook, Andrew Cook, Rema Cook and Elsa Cook; her granddaughter Crystal Moosepayo; and her great grandchild Samuel Travis Takakenew-Cook.

She is survived by: her boyfriend Elmer Fryingpan; her sons, Jerry Cook (Brenda-Paul), John Edward Cook and Calvin Cook (Carolyn); and her sister Christina John (Freddy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
