She was predeceased by : her husband Norman Heath; her daughter Wendy Heath; her daughter-in-law Holly Heath; her parents, Richard Fitch and Dorothy Fitch; and her siblings, Tommy Fitch (Olive), Johnny Fitch, Ted Fitch (Hilda), Eva Elliott (Alwyn), Peggy Davidson (Lorne) and Isabel Gabrielson (Louis).

She is survived by : her sons, Doug Heath (Jeannine) and Jack Heath; and her son-in-law Allan Roy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Cicely may be made to donor's charity of choice.
