It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie (Mary) Wilson of Lethbridge, Alberta, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Georg Preikschas and Marie Preikschas; her husband Gordon Wilson; and her siblings, Edith Lesch (Preikschas), Anna Spiegelberg (Preikschas), Georg, Martin, Jacob, Heinrich and Friedrich Preikschas.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle Wilson and Grace Fitzgerald (Jon); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Keira and Kerry Fitzgerald; her sister Eva Preikschas; and her sister-in-law Verna Preikschas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, a Graveside Service will be held at Mountain View Memorial Gardens (1605 100 Street SE, Calgary, Alberta) on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 11:00 a. m.
