He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leenstra and Edith Leenstra; his brothers, Thomas, Fred and Ray; and his son-in-law Seamas Skelly.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Span; his children, Cindy Leenstra-Skelly, Ken (Tracy), LeRoy (Lisa) and Trevor (Carmen); his great grandchild Keith Dykslag; his siblings, Simon, Andy, Bill Leenstra, Henny Senneker, Pearl Tjepkema and Tina Oevering; and also, Maverick, Memphis, Tiffany Long (James), Lucia, Roman, Riley Dykslag (Shaelen), Finley, Layne, Jillian Calnan, Georgia, Emmett, Ethan, Mykalah, Seth, Olivia, Jocelyn Babcock (Matthew), Brianna, Ryan, Cassidy, Dakota (Sarah) and Carter Leenstra. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
