She was predeceased by: her former husband Joe; her parents, Lorenzo Torres Dominguez and Rosario Arroyo Valenzuela; her sisters, Maria and Conchi; and her brother-in-law John.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lorenzo of Spain and Rosario; her granddaughter Mercedes of Coaldale; her nephew Juan (Kyle); her great-nephew Connor of Lethbridge; and her husband Jose.

As a result of the current restrictions regarding COVID-19, a private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Coaldale on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.
