He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jay and Elisabeth Jay. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Michelle Hill (Chris) of Devon and Jason Jay (Kerrie) of Beaumont, Alberta; his grandchildren, Owen, Madison, Emmalea, Brayden, Isabelle and Aubrie; and his brothers, Leonard Jay (Jocelyn) of Bowmanville and Robert Jay of Toronto, Ontario. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
