She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wurtz and Katie Wurtz; her husband Ed; and her siblings, Mary, Edna, Bruce and Dwight.
She is survived by: her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Kim; and her grandchildren, Jaydin (Kyle), Connor (Candace) and Annika (Dominic). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation in Martha's name.
