He is survived by: his mother Joan Lewis; his wife Donna; his children, Alexandra, Ryan, Ariane (Taylor Field) and Nicholas (Lexi White); his siblings, Lynn Lewis (Laura) and Lorraine McIntyre (Gordon); his mother-in-law Eleanore Basaraba; his brother-in-law Darrell Basaraba; and his grandchildren, Laine, Cohen Field and Adrianna Lewis. He is also survived by his four nieces, extended family, and many, many friends.
