She is survived by: her husband Donald Benedict Zackowski; her children, Carol Kaufmann (Nick), Sharon Skotniski (Cosmo) and Kevin Zackowski; and her grandchildren, Anna Kaufmann, Christine Kaufmann (Eric), Bronsen Lambert, Dylan Lambert (Cristina), Jesse Zackowski and Wyatt Zackowski.
