He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Roose and Muriel Roose; and his brother Patrick Roose. He is survived by: his wife Connie Roose; his sons, Richard (Maryanne) and Shawn (Margaret); his brother Timothy Roose (Gayle); his grandchildren, John Michael, Richard Jr., Raquel, Emily and Mariah; and his great grandchildren, Violet and Billie.
