With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Wayne Buchberger of Grande Prairie, Alberta, who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Kyle Wayne Buchberger; his parents, Charles "Charlie" Buchberger and Dorothea "Dorothy" Buchberger; his father-in-law Clayton Scott; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Chartrand and Valerie "Val" Chartrand.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Marlene Buchberger; his sons, Barry Buchberger (Cheryl) and Gary Buchberger; his grandchildren, Heather Porth, Rikki Buchberger (Colton), Daniel Buchberger and Chelsea Buchberger; his great grandchild Jazmyn Porth; his siblings, Earl "Bucky" Buchberger (Bonny), Larry (Lil) and Gloria; his nephew Jamie; and his great-niece Kaia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Donations may be made to Faith Lutheran Church (9610 108 Ave., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 1N3).
