He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughters, Carolyn Velichko (Ed), Deanna Courts (Norrie) and Tracy Goodwin (Lon); his grandchildren, Sara Cox (Jordan), Tyler Velichko (Jordana) and Marcus Goodwin; his great grandchildren, Maryn Cox and Elena Velichko; his brother Don Smith (Annette); his grandson Brandon Lupaschuk; his nieces, Sylvia and Jessica Smith; and his nephew Don Jr..
