Orest Hutculiak Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orest Hutculiak (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Monica (Gerry) and Jody (Bob); his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Ashley, Austin and Farrah; his great grandchildren, Trace and Addison; and his brother Nick (Evelyn). He is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alberta Diabetes Foundation or The Heart And Stroke Foundation, in Orest's name.

“Gloria, I just heard that Orest passed away. My condolences to you. I think the last time I saw you was at Sobey's and you were planning a knee surgery. My brother Chris is in hospital. He has a pinched spinal cord (very painful) and was home for one night and fell. He is back in hospital with a fractured thumb and sprained wrist. He will probably be all right although it make take some time to heal. I am thinking about you. ....Lynne”
