It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alfred Alexander Engel (Eckville, Alberta), born in Castor, Alberta, who passed away on January 12, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Eldon Engel, Lori Engel, Sheldon, Joanne, Leander and Venicar; his siblings, Erma Muhlbeier, Marlene Johnson, Fred, Betty and Krell; and his siblings-in-law, George, Clifford, Christina Ekman, Richard, Percy, Emily, Truman, Marie, Jim Dell, Leonard Johnson, Charles Muhlbeier, Rodney Ekman, Art Ekman and Gerald Wager. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Service will be held at the Eckville Community Centre on Sunday January 21st at 2:00 pm Notice: If so desired donations may be made in Alfred's name to Stars air ambulance or any other charity of your choosing.
