He was predeceased by: his son Martin Nyhus; his parents, Martin Nyhus and Selma Nyhus; and his brother Wilson Nyhus. He is survived by: his wife Rosaline Nyhus of Cold Lake, AB; his children, Kenneth Nyhus (Sharon) of Hay Lakes, AB, Timothy Nyhus of Cold Lake, AB and Jennifer LaRoche (Anthony) of Nanaimo, BC; his daughter-in-law Val Johnson of Oliver, BC; his grandchildren, Amber Doell (Jay), Malin Nyhus (Danielle), Arlen Nyhus, Lindsey Nyhus, Paris LaRoche, Jody Jenkins and Steven Ackroyd; his great grandchild Elijah Nyhus; and his sister Ella Irving of Ottawa, ON. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
