He was predeceased by: his wife Evangeline "Olive" Colbert; his son Charles Colbert; his grandson Dane Colbert; his parents, Leger Colbert and Aline Colbert; and his brother Leo Colbert.
He is survived by: his children, Frances Peters (Glenn) of Darwell, AB, Jean Colbert (Connie) of Bonnyville, AB, Aline Doonanco (Jeff) of Cold Lake, AB, Lionel Colbert (Marilyn) of Sherwood Park, AB, Gerard Colbert of Cold Lake, AB, Georgette Gehue (Hazen) of San Jose, CA, Juliette Sharp (Kevin) of Sherwood Park, AB and Blaine Colbert (Marina) of Sherwood Park, AB; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Logan, Dustin, Carla, Damien, Ryne, Shaun, Kyle, Carly, Christopher, Joey, Brittany, Alex and Mathew; his great grandchildren, Faylene, Tristan, Jacob, Silas, Evangeline, Scarlett, Mila and Hendrix; and his siblings, Marcel Colbert and Cecile Colbert.
