He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gulewich and Emily Gulewich; and his brothers, Orest and Ron Gulewich. He is survived by: his wife Wendy of Cold Lake; his daughters, Tammy Gulewich of Cold Lake and Twyla Fontaine (Richard) of Bonnyville; his grandchildren, Ashton Gulewich of Cold Lake, Owen Fontaine of Bonnyville and Zoe Fontaine of Bonnyville; and his sister Olive Rody of Burnaby, B. C. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
