Arnold Lightbody Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Lightbody (Cold Lake, Alberta), who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lightbody and Annie Lightbody; and his siblings, Bert Lightbody, Earl Lightbody, Hilda Wells and Wilma Turcott.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Powderhorn of Cold Lake, AB; his daughters, Christine Lightbody of Golden Lake, ON, Annie Lightbody of Wainwright, AB, Sandra Powderhorn (Calvin Cardinal) of Cold Lake, AB, Karen Lightbody (Jeff Foss) of Black Creek, BC and Darlene Lightbody (Wayne Brown) of Delta, BC; his grandchildren, Shannon, Ryan, Bobbi, Joel, Josh, Kyla, Tanya, Dakota, Brady, Rhiannon, Skylar, Shayanne, Starla, Darian and Shanese; his great grandchildren, Leo, Quinton, Talon, Ryder, River, William, Alexander, Logan, Izayis, Bethany, Charlie, Tyrel, Xavier and Alice; and his sisters, Lorraine Fischer and Elsie Connolly. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
