It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhea Sommerfeldt in Cardston, Alberta, born in Raymond, Alberta, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rex Sommerfeldt; her parents, Ezra Love Paxman and Jennie Elene Salmon Paxman; and her siblings, Katherine Oler, Grant Paxman, Eldon Paxman, Ross Paxman and John Paxman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Tolley (Jim), Doreen Holland (Ted), Wanita Daniels (Frank) and Karen Cahoon (Mark); and her brother Doral Paxman. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren.
